Aging is not an end – it’s a new beginning! As I launch Live Life Large From an Aging Perspective, I am filled with excitement and purpose. This isn’t just a project; it is a movement to redefine aging through education, connection, and joy for older people. Learning is lifelong and every year brings new opportunities to grow, engage, and thrive.
I’ve experienced challenges that have deepend my passion for sharing knowledge and supporting my peers. Medical setbacks, personal reflections, and the wisdom gained along the way have only fueled my determination. My professional experiences have included teaching and administrative (principal) roles at all grade levels, including higher education. Now I am channeling my expertise into a dynamic online space offering coaching, group and one–on-one discussions, research, and most importantly – FUN!


Every step we have taken through life has prepared us for this moment. We’ve climbed the mountain and now as we descend, we do so with experience, laughter, sometimes tears, and a renewed sense of purpose.
Teaching has never been just a career for me – it is who I am. Now, my passion is to empower others in our generation and 50’s + to embrace lifelong learning, find new adventures, and rediscover the excitement of living fully.
